Due to popular demand, we are introducing our new, sisters-only workout class!

A healthy spirit will flourish in a healthy body. To lift the spirits and sculpt the physique, this class will focus on form, function, balance, stabilization, core conditioning, and burning calories. Nationally recognized Movement Therapist Delma Oliveras will lead you through exercise circuits and athletic drills for an absolute full body strength and conditioning workout.

All skill levels welcome! Weekly attendance is recommended for best results.
